		<description>It&#039;s so true, having had bad bosses, communication truly is key.  And not only communicating with your boss, but communicating with your boss&#039;s boss and others around you.  If your boss doesn&#039;t understand you, hopefully someone else will!

And about bad jobs vs. bad managers- dead on!  I absolutely hated my last job but couldn&#039;t bring myself to leave for so long because I LOVED the people I worked with.  I just happened to hate my actually tasks.  Finally, I realized that I would find great people in other job settings and that I was driving myself nuts by not leaving.</description>
